Yes. Some rooms, particularly our nursery and toddler age groups, may have a waiting list. We encourage families to join early, especially if you're after multiple days or sibling placements.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. A tour lets you meet our educators, explore the learning environments, ask any questions and experience the atmosphere of the centre for yourself.

One of our team will be in touch to confirm your visit and answer any initial questions. On the day, we'll show you around, introduce you to our educators, explain our learning philosophy and talk about your child's individual needs. There's no pressure at all.

Fees vary by age group and centre, and we'll go through them with you on your tour. Most families receive the Australian Government's Child Care Subsidy, which significantly reduces out-of-pocket costs.

Yes. All our centres are approved childcare services and accept CCS. Our team can help you understand eligibility and the application process.

Castle Hill provides early learning and long day care from 6 weeks to 6 years, including nursery, toddler, preschool and school readiness programs. Our boutique Rosebery centre caters for children from 12 months to 6 years.

Both centres are open 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Reggio Academy is at 56 Chepstow Drive, Castle Hill. My Reggio Kindy Garden is at T1/115-151 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery.

Castle Hill is our flagship, and many families first knew it as Reggio Academy. It's a sister centre to My Reggio Kindy Garden in Rosebery, with the same owners and philosophy.

Our centres follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and are inspired by the Reggio Emilia and Pikler philosophies, supporting play-based, inquiry-led learning tailored to each child and secure bonds between children and educators.

Every child settles differently, so we take the time to understand their personality, routines and needs. Our educators work closely with families on a gentle transition, starting with shorter days, and we keep you updated throughout the settling process.

Families receive regular updates through Xplor, a secure childcare communication app, including photos, learning documentation, meals, sleep information and centre announcements.

Yes. All educators and teachers at our centres hold approved early childhood qualifications, first aid training and child protection training, and take part in ongoing professional development.

Children's safety is a priority at every centre. We operate in line with the National Quality Standard and National Regulations, with secure premises, active supervision, hygiene protocols and child-safe policies. We also run monthly professional development with educators to review any identified risks and improve our day-to-day practice.

Reggio Academy Castle Hill is rated Meeting NQS across all seven quality areas. Rosebery is a newer service and is not yet rated, which is normal for a new centre. Each centre page links to its entry on the government's StartingBlocks register.
